If you are writing your specifications in a wiki which can send email notifications of page changes, then you can arrange for those emails to be forwarded to all the people who have subscribed to the spec in Launchpad.

To do this, you need to arrange with the wiki admin to have a notice sent to the following address whenever a page is changed in the wiki:

• notifications@specs.launchpad.net

The change mails should include the URL of the page that was changed. Launchpad will check emails sent to that address to see if they refer to a specification which is registered in the system, and if so, it will forward those emails to the people who have subscribed to that specification.
