Let's use this page to create a guide for people who are new Launchpad. What do they absolutely need to know? Not just about Launchpad itself but also the community.

*Maybe we can add in here a description of all the features and what they're used for? I was confused for the longest time what the Blueprints section did. Also add information about what "sprints" are. I still have no idea what they are. Also maybe write or point to a Beginner's Guide to using Launchpad highlighting the different sections and what their main purpose is. As it stands right now, new users are kinda left up to their own device to try and figure out the mechanics of the system.
