Launchpad stories
-----------------

For the past couple of years, the Launchpad team has been using Agile
Software Development methods. Brian Fromme started recently as
Launchpad's Project Manager and explains howe the Launchpad team have
been using one aspect of Agile, stories:

In Agile, a story is a high-level definition that contains enough
information for developers to plan the implementation of a feature.
When we have a collection of stories that deal with a similar set of
work, we group them together as "themes". Similar themes are then
  grouped together as "epics".

We write our stories from the viewpoint of a stakeholder, such as a
project owner or translator. We then use those stories to guide how
we implement particular features as part of our monthly development
  cycles.
