launchpad helpUnfortunately, between October 2006 and January 2007, Launchpad increased everybody's karma by adding your actual karma level to the cache that we use to make it quicker to display your karma in your profile.
For example: if you had 100 karma points one day before the bug was introduced, you'd have 200 points the day after and 300 points two days after.
We're sorry that the error happened and that everybody's karma level has been inaccurate over the past few months.
