Overview
Each week day, a member of the Launchpad team is available to help you with any Launchpad-related requests. There are different ways of getting in touch:
- #launchpad on Freenode
Due to timezone differences, there may not be someone on duty at the very moment you need help. However, there's usually more than one person from the Launchpad team around in #launchpad.
Who's on duty?
NOTE: We're switching from one-day rotations to week-long rotations, as described in this mail from Jonathan Lange.
Note: there's no coverage at weekends or from 24th December until 2nd January. People may swap their days and may also change time zone when travelling. Check the channel topic in #launchpad to confirm who's on duty that moment.
