Due to timezone differences, there may not be someone on duty at the very moment you need help. However, there's usually more than one person from the Launchpad team around in #launchpad.

Who's on duty?

Each member of the Launchpad team is on duty on a particular day each month. You can find out which day each team member is on duty below.

Note: there's no coverage at weekends or from 24th December until 2nd January. People may swap their days and may also change time zone when travelling. Check the channel topic in #launchpad to confirm who's on duty that moment.
