What does this feature do?
With File Downloads you can make files available for download from your project's overview page.
This is ideal if you have tarballs, installers or documentation that you want to make publicly available.
How does it work?
To upload files you must be a project owner. Each file must be registered against a specific release of your software, as registered in Launchpad. Visit the relevant release page and click Add download file in the Actions menu.
Anyone can download the files you make available by clicking the Download project files in the Actions menu on your project overview page. They can then select the file to download from a list grouped by release.

What else do I need to know?
The maximum size for an individual file is 30 MB.
